Per all state and federal regulatory entities, all documentation provided and personal information discussed in each session will remain secure and confidential. All physical client charts are stored in a secure location only accessible by me. All documents and forms uploaded through the client portal, as well as progress notes, diagnostics, treatment plans, and invoicing are stored in an electronic medical record through Theranest.

When you are invited to the Theranest client portal prior to your first appointment, it is important to select appropriate methods for me to contact you (email, call, text) as appointment reminders are automated through the Theranest software.
